Multi-VPC, multi-region deployment layout. Bitcoin as the only shared trust root.

Coming soon. Multi-VPC/region infra lands in Week 0 of the transformation. This page fills out as Devices C (VPC2, us-east-1) and D (VPC3, eu-west-1) come online.

Current state

Single VPC in us-east-1 with Device A and Device B on real ENIs, IPv6 /64 subnet, egress-only IGW.

No VPC peering. Cross-VPC and cross-region traffic traverses the public internet. The only thing making peers trust each other is the Bitcoin anchor. This is the narrative payoff — IronIP works across arbitrary trust domains.
